This chili was hand collected by Andrew from Hurtberry Farms.
He traveled to Yagul Mexico and brought back this amazing pepper.
The pods are loaded with seeds but the smell and taste is very authentic. Pods will need to be culled as soon as they start to ripen or they go soft. Small pods but really really good flavors.
Notes: From Yagul Mexico, good in salsa, more seed than pod in some cases.
