Refund policy
Seeds are only replaced not refunded if the customer experiences low germination rates. Before purchasing please consider that our garden is open pollinated and crossing can sometimes occur due to the nature of open pollination. Refunds based off of incorrect shipping address, malformed shipping information, or placed in error will be refunded on a case by case basis.
Seeds are open-pollinated and can be prone to crossing. Buyers accept this understanding that packs are often 'over packed' to ensure they can sow additional plants in the event there is crossing. We do our best to ensure that plants that are off-pheno (or incorrect) are not harvested.
Refunds on orders before they ship:
If your order has not yet shipped and you the customer would like to cancel the order it may be subject to a 3%-8% restocking fee deducted from the returned funds. We don't normally charge this fee but if you cancel in the first 12-24 hours. This restock fee covers currency fluctuations & refund fees (normally around 5-8%) that we ourselves have to pay to cover the refund. If the customer elects to have it returned as store credit the full order amount be added to their account and can be used towards future orders. We reserve the right to deny sale to & ban customers who are constantly ordering and canceling orders.
Refunds on orders after they ship:
There are no refunds for International Orders seized by customs, it is a the customers responsibility to check with their local officials prior to ordering seeds. Buyers assume all risk of orders when placing a international order and are required to check a box stating so prior to checkout.
Due to the nature of the product we sell we do not allow returns of seeds as we don't know how they were handled after they leave our farm.
We reserve the right to deny free shipping promos to international (Non US/Canada) orders that require excessive shipping, such as orders over 50 packs of seeds to international destinations.
Customers are responsible to pay return shipping. If the product does not arrive in good condition then the return may be subject to a fee.
Seed Dryers come with a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty. Some limited edition seed dryers may not be able to be reproduced so the replacement parts may differ. Should you experience issues with the seed dryer please reach out to us and we will get replacement parts fabricated.
