Seeds are only replaced if the customer experiences low germination rates, there are no refunds on seeds. Refunds based off of incorrect shipping address, malformed shipping information will be refunded on a case by case basis.

Free Shipping is sent via standard letter mail, the fee is waived if the order is over the free shipping limit. If you require tracked shipping please select it on checkout.

Seeds are open-pollinated and can be prone to crossing. Buyers accept this understanding that packs are often 'over packed' to ensure they can sow additional plants in the event there is crossing. We do our best to ensure that plants that are off-pheno (or incorrect) are not harvested.

There are no refunds for International Orders seized by customs, it is a the customers responsibility to check with their local officials prior to ordering seeds. 

Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. PepperMerchant.net is not liable for duties and taxes on products that can occur on importation. We try our best to pre-clear and pre-quote prices that reflect the full delivery.
