These peppers are small but pack a quick punch. The pods are thick walled and very crunchy. They have a sweet taste when fully ripe and then a quick burn. The peppers really shine when used in pasta or traditionally on pizza they would also make a good candidate for a sauce. We like using them in everything. The plant is very prolific and is always the first to set pods and ripen early in the season.
