Seeds are only replaced not refunded if the customer experiences low germination rates. 
Refunds based off of incorrect shipping address, malformed shipping information, or placed in error will be refunded on a case by case basis. 

There are no refunds for International Orders seized by customs, it is a the customers responsibility to check with their local officials prior to ordering seeds. Buyers assume all risk of orders when placing a international order and are required to check a box stating so prior to checkout.

Due to the nature of the product we sell we do not allow returns of seeds as we don't know how they were handled after they leave our farm.

We reserve the right to deny free shipping promos to international (Non US/Canada) orders that require excessive shipping, such as orders over 50 packs of seeds to international destinations. 

Seed Dryers come with a 1 year manufacturer defect warranty. Some limited edition seed dryers may not be able to be reproduced so the replacement parts may differ. Should you experience issues with the seed dryer please reach out to us and we will get replacement parts fabricated.
