Updated: 07 DEC 2024
Currently there is no letter mail being processed in Canada due to the Nationwide Canada Post Strike. At this time it is not known how long the strike will continue for but we are unable to send or check on any orders within the mail system.
Please Note: Orders that are placed during the strike can not be processed until the strike has ended.
All Canadian, US, and International Orders
Orders shipped prior to Wednesday November 13th - If your order was around this date we can't provide you with any new information other than once the strike ends your orders should arrive shortly after as they were already in the mail system
Orders were halted on Thursday November 14th - In anticipation of the strike your order has been prepared and is awaiting shipment once the strike ends.
As of Friday December 11th - courier mail for UPS, USPS, and Purolator is no longer being accepted by each carrier due to the load imposed by the strike. We hope to have better news this week on the mail situation.
We will update this page should any new information become available.
We understand this is frustrating for customers who have ordered but rest assured your seeds are safe and have not been left in a mailbox in freezing temperatures.
Updates from Canada Post can be located here.
Updates on USPS halting all mail from Canada can be located here.
Order can not be shipped via UPS, USPS, and Purolator can no longer be shipped at a discount rate as they are no longer accepting courier mail. Details can be found here.
